CSK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, Terms violations, identity verification failures, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed Terms violations, funds in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access the CSK77 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.
